By purchasing “An Organized Student –Your School Life” (the Course), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use").

1. Acceptance of Terms

An Organized Student provides its services to you subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of use, please do not purchase the Course. It is your responsibility to regularly review these TOU. They may be updated from time to time without notice to you, and those updates become effective when posted. If you continue to purchase the Course after we have posted changes to these TOU, it means you have accepted those terms. 2. Privacy Notice

An Organized Student is very concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children of age 13 or under. Your information that is collected from you is subject to our Privacy Policy. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

The use of the Course is subject to the following terms of use:

a. the content of the Course is for your general information and use only.

b. neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the Course for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

c. your use of any information or materials on the Course is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any information available through the Course meet your specific requirements.

d. the Course contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

e. unauthorised use of the Course may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

f. you may not create a link to the Course from another website or document without An Organized Student’s prior written consent.

g. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
h. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party.

3. Disclosure of Content and Personal Information

You acknowledge, consent and agree that An Organized Student may access, preserve, and disclose your information if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms of Service; (c) respond to claims that violate the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of An Organized Student.

4. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold An Organized Student, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Course, your connection to the Course, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

a. YOUR USE OF THE COURSE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AN ORGANIZED STUDENT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

b. AN ORGANIZED STUDENT MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ( i ) THE COURSE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE COURSE WILL BE TIMELY OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE COURSE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, (v) OR ANY ERRORS IN THE COUSE WILL BE CORRECTED.

c. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE COURSE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT AN ORGANIZED STUDENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF AN ORGANIZED STUDENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: ( i ) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE COURSE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED (iii) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE COUSE.

7. Modifications to Service

An Organized Student reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Course (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that An Organized Student shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Course.

An Organized Student may change, add or remove any part of this Agreement, or any other terms associated with the use of the Course, at any time, by posting a notice of such changes to the Terms of Service page. Any changes shall become part of the Agreement and shall apply as soon as such a notice is posted. By continuing to use the Course after the notice is posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in force.

9. Refusals or Discontinuance

An Organized Student reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the purchase of the Course to any user for non-compliance with these Terms of Service.
